We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofing technician in Real County, Texas. You will bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates. You should have: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Willing to work outdoors in all weather • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
