Car painter — Glasscock County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a car painter in Glasscock County, Texas. You will work in an automotive paint and panel workshop. The role involves sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale 1+ years on the tools preferred.
