Stainless steel welder — Cheshire County

Now hiring: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Cheshire County, New Hampshire. The job is at a stainless steel fabrication shop. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Day to day you will strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
