Vacancy available: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in St. Lawrence County, New York. You will work on a housing development site. You will track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter. You should have: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
