Immediate opening: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Clay County, North Carolina. The job is at a high-rise construction project. You will lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules. Requirements: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
