Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Hancock County, Maine. You should have: • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Willing to travel between sites • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Your main tasks: • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $250 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
