Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. You will work on a bridge and flyover project. You will repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
