Vacancy available: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Webster County, Mississippi. The job is at a white goods manufacturing plant. You should have: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes Day-to-day duties: • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
