Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrical wireman in McPherson County, South Dakota. The job is in a power distribution substation. The role involves install LED fittings, ceiling fans and exhaust fans; check earth continuity and earth pit resistance; install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB; crimp lugs and terminate armoured cable glands; wire single-phase and three-phase distribution boards; fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels. You should have: • Sound knowledge of IS wiring and earthing standards • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
