Steward wanted in Lincoln County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Lincoln County, South Dakota. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
