Urgent requirement: fine-dining server (Iowa)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Union County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
