Now hiring: we are hiring a groundworker in Grundy County, Iowa. You will be based on a metro and infrastructure project. The role involves pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site. Ideal candidate: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
