Paint booth operator — Anambra West

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Anambra West, Anambra State. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. On a typical shift you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg 4+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided.
