Vacancy available: lift technician (Scotland)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift technician in Aberdeen City, Scotland. Your main tasks: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Ideal candidate: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
