We are recruiting: kitchen porter (North Carolina)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Yancey County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working 6+ years on the tools preferred.
