Sample machinist — Scotland County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sample machinist in Scotland County, Missouri. You will keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation. Ideal candidate: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
