Immediate opening: lift technician (Tennessee)

Now hiring: we are hiring a lift technician in Van Buren County, Tennessee. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. Ideal candidate: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Day to day you will wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
