GTAW welder • DeSoto County, Florida

Vacancy available: we are hiring a GTAW welder in DeSoto County, Florida. The role involves weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal. What we are looking for: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work • Able to pass a weld test on the spot 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
