Great opportunity: we are hiring a rigger in Mariposa County, California. The role involves coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles 1+ years on the tools preferred.
