Immediate opening: production welder (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production welder in Robertson County, Kentucky. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc Requirements: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
