Urgent requirement: steel fixer (Missouri)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel fixer in Lawrence County, Missouri. You will work at a high-rise construction project. You will install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; assemble column and beam cages on the bench; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour. You should have: • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing 3+ years on the tools preferred.
