Spray painter (automotive) — Ouachita Parish

Immediate opening: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a dealership paint shop. What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Your main tasks: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish 1+ years on the tools preferred.
