The role involves blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
