Immediate opening: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Lyon County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish. Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work Pay around $240 per day, based on your experience. Part-time with flexible hours.
