You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
