We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Kauai County, Hawaii. The role involves: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Prepare the mise en place before each service Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Six days a week, one day off.
