We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Hampshire, England. Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time with occasional weekends.
