Catering cook wanted in Hanson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Hanson County, South Dakota. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare the mise en place before each service; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency.
