Join our team: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Brookings County, South Dakota. The job is on site fitting windows in new-build flats. You will fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame. Requirements: • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Six days a week, one day off.
