Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Shropshire, England. The job is in a busy paint shop. On a typical shift you will inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
