What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes Day to day you will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
