Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Lincoln County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Lincoln County, Oklahoma. You will work in a catering unit. On a typical shift you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. You should have: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
