Ideal candidate: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates You will read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers.
