Powder spray gun operator • Gallatin County, Illinois

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Gallatin County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
