Production welder • Clare County, Michigan

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production welder in Clare County, Michigan. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety You will maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. 1+ years on the tools preferred. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
