Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Lincoln County, Arkansas. The job is in a residential tower block. Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring The role involves install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; run load and overload tests with test weights; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators.
