We are recruiting: we are hiring a window glazier in Warren County, North Carolina. Day to day you will fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; take site measurements of openings before fabrication. Requirements: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine $4,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
