On a typical shift you will monitor tyre pressure and top it up when needed; carry out pre-trip checks on tyres, brakes, lights and mirrors; reroute around roadworks and diversions while keeping to time; report mechanical faults and dents to the depot office; keep the cabin and seats clean and tidy between runs.
