Glass fitter wanted in Rutland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a glass fitter in Rutland County, Vermont. The job is at a double glazing firm. Day-to-day duties: • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Glaze shopfronts, curtain walls and glass partitions • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Seal joints with a silicone gun and tool off a neat bead • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Install mirrors, shower screens and glass balustrades What we are looking for: • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience.
