Immediate opening: lift maintenance fitter (Kansas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Lincoln County, Kansas. You will work at a busy lift company. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics The role involves: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
