Assembly technician — Polk County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an assembly technician in Polk County, Iowa. The job is at an automotive parts factory. The role involves keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench. Requirements: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Punctual with reliable attendance Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
