Back-of-house cleaner — Columbia County

Now hiring: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Columbia County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Performance bonus on top of base pay.
