Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete worker in Ohimini, Benue State. You will work at a precast concrete yard. On the job you will handle: • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer Ideal candidate: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
