Structural MIG welder wanted in Lincoln County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Lincoln County, Wisconsin. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. What we are looking for: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently On the job you will handle: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
