The role involves: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins What we are looking for: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Rotating shifts.
