Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Hancock County, Kentucky. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift Rotating shifts.
