Urgent requirement: production line helper (Virginia)

Join our team: we are hiring a production line helper in Powhatan County, Virginia. The job is at an automotive parts factory. The role involves solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours.
