Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Colusa County, California. Your main tasks: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
