Immediate opening: we are hiring a countertop fabricator in Porter County, Indiana. The job is in a stone processing yard. On a typical shift you will grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish; fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps; shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels; polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound. What we are looking for: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Steady hand for edge profiling and a fine polished finish • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
