You should have: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish You will feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Part-time with flexible hours.
